Buying safely

  • Always pay through Passvale checkout. Payments run on Stripe and every order is tracked from payment to delivery.
  • Ask the seller questions before you buy: measurements, flaws, how it was stored. Use Message on the listing.
  • When your item arrives, confirm it on the order page and leave a review so others know what to expect.
  • Never pay a seller by bank transfer, payment app or gift card. Report anyone who asks.

Selling and fees

  • Listing is free. When something sells, Passvale keeps 8% of the item price. Shipping is passed to you in full.
  • Connect payouts in Settings before your first sale. Stripe verifies your identity once and then pays out to your bank.
  • Ship within 3 business days and add tracking on the order page. If you can't ship, cancel and refund the buyer from the same page.
  • Good photos in daylight, an honest condition and real measurements sell items faster.

Prohibited items

  • Counterfeits and replicas, weapons and ammunition, drugs and drug paraphernalia, alcohol and tobacco, recalled products, stolen goods, adult content, live animals, and anything illegal to sell where you live.
  • Listings that break these rules are removed, and repeat offenders lose their account.
